Reporting missing cashback?

Include these details so we can raise a claim with the store:

  • Store name and order date
  • Order ID and order amount
  • The email address on your Saveli account
  • Your order confirmation email or invoice

Choose “Grievance” or “Privacy request” as the topic, or email support@saveli.in with that word in the subject line.

Please do not include card numbers, bank passwords or OTPs. Saveli will never ask for them.
