Purchases from partner stores
Saveli does not sell products or services. When you buy through a Saveli link, you pay the partner store directly, and the store’s own refund, return, exchange and cancellation policy applies to your order. Please contact the store for any refund or cancellation of your purchase.
How refunds and cancellations affect cashback
- If you cancel, return or exchange an order, the store will not pay commission for it, and the related cashback will be Declined.
- If you return part of an order, cashback is reduced to match the value the store confirms.
- If a store reverses an order after cashback was paid to you, we may deduct that amount from your future cashback.
Saveli charges
Saveli does not charge you to create an account or to use the cashback service, so there are no Saveli fees to refund. If Saveli ever introduces a paid feature, its price and refund terms will be shown clearly before you pay.
Failed or incorrect payouts
If a cashback payout fails, for example because the UPI ID or bank details are invalid, the amount goes back to your Confirmed balance so you can update your details and try again. If a payout is sent to incorrect details that you provided, we will help you contact the bank or payment provider, but we cannot guarantee that the money can be recovered.
Closing your Saveli account
You can close your account at any time by emailing support@saveli.in from the email address on your account. Before closing, withdraw any Confirmed cashback. When you ask to close your account, we will tell you how any cashback that is still Pending will be handled. If we close an account for a breach of our Terms & Conditions, cashback connected with that breach is not payable.
