About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of saveli.in and the Saveli cashback service (together, the “Service”), operated by Saveli, Tronglaobi Makha Leikai, Moirang, Manipur 795133, India (“Saveli”, “we”, “us”).
By using the Service or creating a Saveli account, you agree to these Terms, our Cashback Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What Saveli does
Saveli lists offers from partner stores and provides links to those stores. When you buy from a partner store through a Saveli link, the store may pay Saveli a commission, and Saveli shares part of it with you as cashback under the Cashback Terms.
Saveli is not the seller of any product or service bought from a partner store. Your purchase contract is with the store. The store is responsible for its products, prices, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties and customer service.
Who can use Saveli
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
- You must be resident in India and hold a UPI ID or Indian bank account in your own name to receive cashback.
- You may hold only one Saveli account. Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred or shared.
Your account
Give accurate information when you create your account and keep it up to date, especially your payout details. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at our support email if you think someone else has accessed it.
Fair use
You must not:
- place fake, test or fraudulent orders, or orders you intend to cancel or return in order to generate cashback;
- create more than one account, or use another person’s identity or payout details;
- use bots, scripts or any automated means to generate clicks or orders;
- post or share Saveli tracking links in ways that break a store’s rules, such as paid search ads on a store’s brand name;
- interfere with the Service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or copy the site’s content for commercial use;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
If we reasonably believe you have broken these rules, we may decline or reverse related cashback, suspend or close your account, and report fraud to the relevant authorities.
Offers and third-party websites
Stores set their own commission rates and programme rules and can change or end them at any time, sometimes without notice to us. We try to keep offer information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every rate or condition shown is current. The store’s decision on whether an order qualifies is final as between you and Saveli.
Links to partner stores and other websites take you to sites we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
Saveli name and content
The Saveli name, logo, design and site content belong to Saveli. You may not use them without our written permission. Store names and logos belong to their owners and appear on Saveli only to identify their offers.
Our responsibility to you
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for:
- products, services, delivery or conduct of partner stores;
- cashback that a store does not track, confirm or pay to Saveli;
- losses caused by incorrect payout details you give us;
- interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control.
To the extent the law allows, Saveli’s total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount of Confirmed cashback owed to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or is linked to fraud, or close an account with reasonable notice if we stop offering the Service. What happens to cashback on closure is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will show the date of the latest version above and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts having jurisdiction in Manipur will hear disputes arising from these Terms.
